美国海军第七舰队公共事务部门发布

11月28日至12月1日,美国海军乔治-华盛顿号航空战斗群将参加大韩民国(韩国)海军于7月2+2会议中确定,并将在朝鲜半岛以西水域(中国黄海)的演习。

此次演习实质上是“防御性质”的。此次演习在昨日的无端炮击之前就已经计划周全,这证明了美韩联盟的力量以及通过威慑保证区域稳定所做出的努力。此次演习也旨在两军之间的协同能力。

参与此次演习的美国海军军舰包括:美国海军乔治-华盛顿号航空母舰(CVN 73)以及一个舰载机联队(CVW 5),美国海军考佩斯号导弹巡洋舰(CG 63),美国海军拉森号驱逐舰(DDG 89),美国海军斯特西姆号驱逐舰(DDG 63)以及美国海军菲茨杰拉德号驱逐舰(DDG 62)。

美国以及盟军的行动是基于已有坚实的合作基础之上的,此次演习旨在进一步增强协同能力。美韩两军将会实施防空以及地面部队的战备训练。

美国海军“例行地”在朝鲜半岛水域执行任务并且在此地实施了数次作战与演习。2009年10月,乔治华盛顿航母战斗群就在朝鲜半岛以西的公海海域进行了类似的部署。美国航母频繁访问朝鲜半岛并访问了釜山港;例如2010年的乔治华盛顿号,2009年3月的约翰-C-斯坦尼斯号(CVN 74)以及2008年的罗纳德-里根号(CVN 76)、尼米兹号(CVN 68)、乔治-华盛顿号。

YOKOSUKA, Japan (NNS) — The USS George Washington carrier strike group will join Republic of Korea (ROK) naval forces in the waters west of the Korean peninsula from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1 to conduct the next exercise in the series announced at the 2+2 meetings in July.

This exercise is defensive in nature. While planned well before yesterday’s unprovoked artillery attack, it demonstrates the strength of the ROK-U.S. Alliance and our commitment to regional stability through deterrence. It is also designed to improve our military interoperability.

U.S. Navy ships scheduled to participate include the USS George Washington (CVN 73) with an embarked carrier air wing (CVW 5), USS Cowpens (CG 63), USS Lassen (DDG 89), USS Stethem (DDG 63), USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62).

U.S. and allied operations are built on an already strong foundation of cooperation and this exercise is intended to further enhance interoperability. The U.S. and ROK forces will conduct air defense and surface warfare readiness training.

The U.S. Navy routinely operates in the waters off the Korean peninsula and has conducted numerous operations and exercises in this area. In October 2009 the George Washington strike group conducted similar operations in the international waters west of the Korean peninsula. U.S. aircraft carriers frequently visit the Korean peninsula and conduct port visits in Busan; such as USS George Washington in 2010, USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74)in March 2009, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), USS Nimitz (CVN 68) and USS George Washington in 2008.

地点2:Helpoort古城墙
说明2:沿河东岸向北,过Hoge桥向西过河。马城的古城门,据说是荷兰保留下来最古老的城门。

地点3:Onze Lieve Vrouweplein
说明3:穿过城门向北,路过水车后到达,有Onze Lieve Vrouwebasiliek教堂(费用2欧元)以及Kelder Deron地下遗迹博物馆(据说免费)。

地点4:Vrijthof广场
说明4:沿西偏北方向走后到达,周边都是咖啡馆以及文化机构。Sint Janskerk(17世纪哥特式教堂,可以登顶俯瞰马城全貌,费用1.15欧)以及Sint Servaasbasiliek(圣瑟法斯圣殿,可以进入参观,费用2欧元,据说如果是学建筑的,可以好好看一看)。鉴于旁边是咖啡馆等,也许可以在此吃饭。

地点5:Maastricht大学
说明5:从Vrijthof广场向北走后到达。建校时间不长,但是教育质量相当高,有荷兰最好的商科学校。

地点6:Markt广场
说明6:从马大向东走到达,参观Johannes Petrus Minckelers雕像,雕像上有火焰,这个人貌似发明了煤气灯。

地点7:St. Servaasbrug
说明7:向南走路过15世纪房舍,到达游客服务中心后向东,Maas河上一座桥,该桥为13世纪所建,一座石桥。

4.返程
跨过石桥之后可以一直向东,路过古董市集,到达马城火车站。

Since saying goodbye and waving hands to my parents and their friends in Beijing Capital International Airport, it has been 30 days. So I decided to write something for logging, aha, via weblog.

I’ve settled down in Delft, which is a lovely town between The Hague and Rotterdam. Although the room is not that lovely as I imagined, but it’s quite cheap in Dutch standard. My idea is to finish the invisible contract we have made, and then move to maxdeath’s apartment.

People are quite nice here, I’m getting used to greet people, either known or unknown. I like the blue sky, of course, when it were sunny. I found a bit hard to express my feelings in English, maybe it is useful to read The Economist again, and also to memorize some passages.

I will go over several use cases at beginning for mastering the basic techniques. Probably, the real problems come in the next year. So, I think I have a lot work to do, plenty of papers to read. Through the literature surveying last for these day, I realized the notes are quite necessary. I was finding the most effective to organize the ideas while reading others’ papers and the most important elements in them.

Eating:
The food is cheaper than I imagined. Although the standard VAT rate is 19%, the rate for food maybe only 6%. Milk is quite cheap here, 2 liter milk is only 0.99 euro in C1000, the chain supermarket in the Netherlands.
Dutch people may be like the bread most, so I’m getting used to eat bread for both breakfast and lunch. Sometimes I will bring some to the office in the morning, and enjoy them after heating them with the microwave oven.
We have to cook at home, and that is another kind of work, for ourselves. I feel sympathy when Jian told me that he didn’t manage to get himself full.
I think the basic outcome will be 400 euro per month, without travel somewhere else by expensive train. I will explain that later in this post.

Transportation:
The public transportation system is highly developed in the Netherlands. There’s two railway stations in a city which only have a population of 100,000. I can arrive in either Rotterdam or Den Haag in 15mins. But the cost is a bit higher, basically 10 euro cent per 1 km if you have a kind of discount card. So the international traveling by train is a bit expensive if there were no promotion plan, even more expensive than the air ticket. But, you have to go to the airport by train which also costs a lot.

The bicycle is the most important tool for personal transportation. There is always a big parking lot for bicycles for each railway station, especially the one at Amsterdam Central Station. You can find 3-floor parking lot for this love for Amsterdam.

You can also bring your bike with you while traveling by train(obeying the corresponding rules, of course). The bicycle is quite expensive in this kingdom of bicycles. I bought a second-hand one for 60 euro. The brand new one will be above 150 euro, at least. I even found a bicycle with a price of more 2000 euro. I can’t imagine, because you can buy a small car for less than 2000 euro in China.

And for each bicycle rider in the Netherlands, he or she should have two lights, head and tail. Otherwise, he/she will be fined by the policemen or the policewomen.

Sightseeing:
The sky is quite good. You can see the clouds are always moving fast. There are canals in the city, the wave of water is very beautiful especially when reflecting the sunshine in the afternoon.

这种情绪是逐步累计起来的,当11月3日的时候,终于某人的情绪突破的极限,烈火熊熊燃烧。放眼中国互联网,不管是媒体、QQ群、SNS上,所有人都有着自己的看法以及说辞,然后我们看到了若干种意见。

1:比较大部分的(也有可能是我主观上这么看),对腾讯的做法表示不理解、表示愤怒,事实上我基本上持这种观点,当然,你在腾讯网上的评论里面基本上是看不到这种说法的,vice versa。对此种做法让人愤怒之处在于,腾讯把两家用户的交集拉进来一起“作战”,不管你是否愿意,成为阶级斗争,成为非黑即白的你争我斗。不论你是否想要去选择,不好意思,腾讯说了,你必须做一个选择。事实上,这是最2B的一种做法,也许就像腾讯说的,这也许是没有办法的办法,不想丢失那么多的收入来源,只能这么做。

2:一部分人说,360的头有历史问题,本来就是个底子不干净的人,这几年以来还到处树敌,早就该被干掉了。或者,360装可怜,本来自己做的事情是有可能动摇中国互联网盈利模式根基的,这是一种“病毒式的”发展方式。嗯,的确是这个道理,可怜的中国人民,从被Windows绑架,然后被QQ绑架,最后我们来到了360。那么,按照腾讯的说法,已经不是第一次了,接连干掉了金山、可牛,污蔑诸多安全公司,给他们安上个子虚乌有的罪名,结果到现在,轮到腾讯上战场了。

这些问题其实跟我都没什么关系,直到我发现我给老娘装的就是这对组合,我发现我在数千公里之外可能又要冒险跟她讲怎么玩儿电脑的时候我就头大了;马化腾,你突然禁了360,你派个人帮我娘重新装个可牛怎么样?

腾讯一句话说出来让我发现,这里面还有个问题。腾讯说,我们不愿意诉诸司法的原因是,效率不高,这种流氓公司也许根本就不怕法律制裁(据说按照中国法律规定最多赔几百万)。好吧,其实也许就是我们用户的错,司法不健全啊,赚钱的时候、偷菜的时候谁关心过会不会出现这种情况,或者已经出现了这种情况(如腾讯所说)谁又想起来去管一管了呢?有人今儿跟我说我是炮灰,是啊,是炮灰了,他们貌似很得意,因为这场战争与其无关,但是历史告诉我们,他要总这么想,最终他也将成为炮灰。

所以,我们该做什么呢?
